Dragons in Kowloon.
These dragons were located on the Kowloon peninsula, in front of the cultural centre. They were lit up at night providing this
wonderful spectacle. The lights have now been turned off and the dragons removed.

This is the building I (used to) work in high up on the 44th floor.
What do I do? I am on a team developing a securities trading and settlements system. Now I've moved to the Bank of China Tower doing
the same thing.

Pillar of Shame.
Close-up of a memorial to the Tiannamen Square (in Beijing) massacre of students and democracy activists which occurred
in 1989. The statue was located outside the students union at Hong Kong University (moved from there in mid September). I not sure
as to it's present location. Please email me if you know!

Fireworks
Due to all that miserable weather we had over the handover (rain washing away sins of the colonial past - blah blah blah)
all my photos were pretty miserable. Result: no images here. Maybe next time...
